Ordinance No. 323/2023 was published on October 27, 2023, regulating the declaration of entry referred to in Article 14 of Law No. 23/2007 of July 4—the law establishing the legal framework for the entry, stay, exit, and removal of foreign nationals from the national territory.

The declaration of entry into national territory must be made within three business days of the date of entry.
